Data Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of information associated with Orbonix website accounts and third-party integrations, including Facebook and Meta.
1. Revoke Facebook or Meta access
You can revoke the Orbonix application's access through Facebook or Meta account settings where the connected apps and business integrations are managed. Revoking access stops future API access that depends on that authorization.
2. Request deletion from Orbonix
To request deletion of information held by Orbonix, use the official Orbonix contact channels available on the Orbonix website. Include enough information to identify the relevant Orbonix account or integration, but do not send passwords, app secrets, access tokens, API keys, or other sensitive credentials.
3. What may be deleted
Where applicable and subject to legal or security requirements, Orbonix may delete or invalidate stored integration identifiers, cached webhook data, access credentials, account information, and other information associated with the request.
4. Third-party copies
Deleting information from Orbonix does not automatically delete content that has already been published to Facebook, Meta, or another third-party service. Those services must be managed through their own controls and policies.
5. Completion
Deletion requests will be handled within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification, technical limitations, applicable law, and legitimate security or record-keeping requirements.
Do not include passwords, access tokens, API keys, or other secrets in a data deletion request.
